Do you print photos or digitize film?

For black and white film processing and traditional printing methods we recommend our long time staff member Geof Simons, just call and ask to speak with him about this manner. Geof has over 25 years experience with traditional film photography and has hand printed many museum quality photographs and spent thousands of hours in the darkroom. For color film and digital processing and printing we recommend the Fotoshoppe in Cary. For motion film scanning and digitizing we suggest PostPro in Raleigh

Do you rent equipment?

What is your return policy?

As of now we do not do rentals. We suggest that you use the website Borrowlenses.

Our return policy is 10 days, new items must be returned UNUSED and in original packaging.

What is your warranty?

Do you repair cameras?

Our used products come with a 90 day warranty (Unless marked AS-IS) and are checked for function before purchase. New products come with the manufacturers warranty, if a warranty issue does come up we would be more than happy to handle the warranty process.

We do NOT repair binoculars, telescopes, or camcorders.
